What Document Scanner reads
Load Builder creates the load. This agent reads everything that follows it — proof of delivery, invoices, bills of lading, lumper receipts — and turns the pages into fields on that load.
Proof of delivery
Signed PODs, delivery photos, and exception notes. Date, time, signer, and shortages are pulled so billing is not waiting on someone to open the file.
Invoices
Carrier invoices and accessorial invoices are read line by line — linehaul, fuel, lumper, detention — then checked against the rate con and the load.
The rest of the packet
Bills of lading, lumper receipts, scale tickets, inspection photos, and detention backup. Mixed PDFs are split before anything is extracted.
Reading, not matching
A new layout from a new customer does not need a new template. Low-confidence fields go to review; the rest of the document keeps moving.
Documents we read
Whatever arrives against the load. These are examples of the packet, not a closed list.
Proof the freight landed, and in what condition.
What gets invoiced, and the backup behind it.
Paperwork from booking through a dispute.
What changes in the back office
Paperwork becomes data when it arrives, not when someone opens it.
Billing is not waiting on a POD
Proof of delivery and the carrier invoice are read and attached as they land, so invoicing is not a morning of opening PDFs.
Invoice lines get checked, not trusted
A lumper or detention charge that disagrees with the rate con is flagged before a short pay or a claim.
A new customer format is not a project
The first POD or invoice they send can be processed without building a template for it.
See it run on your freight
Bring one process that costs your team too much time. We will show you the same workflow running on Emulon, with the execution trace open.
