Who we are
Emulon builds the agents that do freight work — on the systems you already run, inside the rules you already have, with a record of everything.
We are not a chatbot on top of a TMS, and we are not another dashboard. The product is the work getting done: loads built, documents read, carriers and brokers called, docks booked, and the result written back. A person stays in the loop when the rules say so.
A platform company
We sell software that runs the work, not a services team that does it for you.
Logistics-native
Freight is the product, not a vertical we bolted onto a generic agent framework.
Your systems stay in charge
The TMS remains the source of truth. We wrap it. We do not ask you to migrate off it.

Absorb the routine so people handle the exception.
Freight already has the data — in the TMS, the inbox, the phone, the ELD. What it does not have is anything that acts on it. We are here to close that gap, so a rate confirmation, a check call, or a dock request is handled as it arrives, not when someone gets to it.

Loads, stops, carriers, and tenders are first-class. Generic agents stall the moment logistics gets specific — and logistics is nothing but specifics.
Wrap, do not replace
Nobody rips out a TMS to try an AI product. We connect to what you already run and prove value inside the operation you have.
Rules before autonomy
Company, customer, and site policies decide what an agent may commit to. The riskiest actions wait for a named person.
If you cannot reconstruct it, it did not happen
Every run, every call, every write-back is recorded. Trust is not a checkbox we added late — it is why anyone lets software book a load.
