Give every agent your contracts, account rules, and history.
- Your rules, not generic AI
- Answers show their source
- Says when it does not know
One question, one answer you can check
Any agent can ask, at any point in a job, and they all get the same answer — not a guess, and not something generic off the internet, but the actual line out of your own paperwork, with a link back to it.
What is Northline's detention policy?
Two hours free, then $65 an hour. Signed in and out times are required on the paperwork before it can be billed.

- an agent replying to email

- a rep who just asks

Both documents mention detention. The contract is the newer of the two, so the contract is the one that answers.
Weekend rates: nothing in your documents covers them. The agent said so and asked your team, instead of inventing a number.
Everything your team knows, in one place
An agent is only as good as what it knows about your business. This is where your contracts, rules, and history go, so every agent works from the same answers your best rep would give.
Your documents
Add contracts, customer playbooks, rate agreements, and the procedures your team follows. Emulon reads them and keeps track of which version is current.
Answers you can check
When an agent answers a question, it shows the exact lines it came from, so you can see where the answer came from rather than trusting it.
What happened before
Past loads, the rates you quoted, and how carriers actually performed all become background an agent can use when it prices or covers freight.
It will not make things up
If nothing in your documents answers the question, the agent says so and asks a person, instead of inventing a policy you never wrote.
How your files become answers
You add the documents. Emulon does the rest.
Add your documents
Point Emulon at contracts, procedures, past emails, and TMS records. Nothing needs to be reformatted or rewritten first.
Say who they apply to
Mark which customer, lane, or equipment a rule covers and when it takes effect, so the right rule is used on the right load.
Agents look things up
While working a load, an agent pulls only the few lines that apply to it, rather than trying to hold your whole document library at once.
Corrections stick
When someone corrects an answer, that correction is kept, so the same question does not come back wrong a second time.
What goes in, and what comes out
You add the paperwork you already have. Agents get the answers buried inside it.
Whatever your team refers to today. No reformatting needed.
The questions a new hire would have to go and find someone to answer.
Rules change. The answer should change with them.
Why it matters
This is the difference between a generic chatbot and something that knows your accounts.
Your account rules get followed
The detention terms buried on page nine of a contract get applied on every load, not only the ones a veteran rep happens to touch.
You can always check an answer
Every answer comes with its sources, so if a decision is questioned weeks later you can see the documents behind it.
New workflows start out smart
Anything you build next inherits the same knowledge, instead of someone having to write your rules into it all over again.
See it run on your freight
Bring one process that costs your team too much time. We will show you the same workflow running on Emulon, with the execution trace open.
