What Load Builder creates from

Document Scanner reads the page. Load Builder turns what arrived — a rate confirmation, an email, or a quote — into a load your team can dispatch, then writes it to the TMS.

Rate confirmations

A PDF in the inbox, a forwarded attachment, or a scan. Stops, rates, references, and equipment come off the page and onto the load.

Emails

The quote and the stops are often in the thread itself. Load Builder reads the message, not only the files hanging off it.

Quotes and spreadsheets

Customer quotes, broker sheets, extra-stop addenda — the same structured load, including the rows a PDF would have missed.

Checked, then written

TMS-required fields are validated first. A load that fails a check is held for review instead of landing broken.

What arrives, what gets built

Whatever form the order takes, the output is one load in your TMS. These are examples, not a closed list.

What changes on the order desk

Loads are built as the paperwork arrives, not as fast as someone can type.

The inbox stops being a typing queue

After-hours rate cons and quote emails go through the same pipeline. People only see the ones that failed a check.

Stops and rates land complete

Linehaul, accessorials, references, and extra stops are on the load at creation — not patched in later from the email.

Nothing retyped into the TMS

The finished load is created in your system of record, with the source email or document attached to it.
