What the browser agent operates
Appointment Scheduler decides which window to take. This agent is the hands — it drives the carrier portal, shipper site, or factoring page that will never ship an API.
Click by click
Search, open, fill, download — the way a person would, on the sites that have no integration.
Credentials stay in the vault
Pulled at run time, not stored in a spreadsheet. Multi-factor prompts handled where you allow it.
Documents retrieved
PODs, invoices, and rate cons are downloaded and handed to Document Scanner in the same run.
Driven by what is on the page
Navigation follows labels and content, not a recorded pixel. A portal redesign does not silently break the job.
What changes for portal work
The systems nobody could integrate stop being a permanent manual queue.
No API is not a blocker
Those sites stop being work that has to be assigned to a person.
The queue clears overnight
Document pulls and status checks run off-hours, so the shift starts already caught up.
Every session is reviewable
Screenshots and a step log stay on the run, so what happened in a customer portal can be audited.
See it run on your freight
Bring one process that costs your team too much time. We will show you the same workflow running on Emulon, with the execution trace open.
