Your system of record wins
Emulon reads from and writes back to your TMS. It does not ask you to migrate data or run a second source of truth alongside it.
Credentials stay in a vault
Integration secrets live in a managed secret store and are resolved by reference at call time, scoped to the tenant making the request.
Channels are triggers
Email, voice, SMS, and chat are not just outputs. An inbound message starts a workflow, and the reply goes back on the same thread.
No API, no problem
When a portal has no integration surface, the Web App Browser agent drives it directly, so a missing API does not block automation.
The systems freight actually runs on
A sample of the surface the connector runtime targets. If yours is not here, it is usually an adapter, not a rebuild.
